Guided Surgery

Planning software provided by us and a joint case analysis with our specialists support you in the planning of your implant dentistry cases.  Based on these specifications, we then fabricate drill templates as well as long-term temporary restorations and the definitive restoration.

All-on-4 and All-on-6

We have implemented the All-on-4 concept (Nobel Biocare) since 2010. This procedure is particularly suitable as a standard workflow for restorations on four implants without bone grafting. Predictable, cost effective, and easily plannable for appointments.

Individual abutments

Perfect esthetic results require a tooth-like foundation. Only the use of individual abutments enables the design of an emergence profile that closely mimics a natural tooth crown. The gingiva is optimally supported and the emergence profile gives the restoration a natural tooth shape.

Bar prostheses

Restorations using CAD/CAM milled bars that are fabricated automatically (CAD/CAM) based on a custom design are a long‑lasting and low‑cost alternative to screw‑retained bridges. They are easy to clean, often making them preferable to fixed restorations in geriatric dentistry.

Implant-retained bridges

Cement‑retained bridges achieve superior esthetics by concealing the screw channels and individual veneering. In contrast to this are directly screw‑retained bridges that have the advantage of avoiding cement joints along with a design that enables them to be removed in part for easy checkups.
